Welcome! Let's learn a bit about MAGIC...
As the 2012 MAGIC President, my goal is to continue the great leadership example set by our past MAGIC Presidents. MAGIC was formed to assist GIS users in the Memphis region through monthly meetings, conferences, panel discussions, training sessions, and workshops.
The backbone of our organization is YOU, the GIS user. Without your interest and participation, MAGIC cannot grow to its full potential. I encourage you to join our organization for 2012 if you have not already done so. Our annual conference in November is surely to give you something new in the realm of GIS to take with you!
Professionals, students, and people who just enjoy the technology are encouraged to attend our bi-monthly meetings and to present new and exciting methods and research in GIS at our annual conference.
