Please join us for a webinar exploring the powerful intersection of traditional geospatial services, modern appraisal technologies, and cutting-edge AI solutions. Woolpert's Billy Burle, Matthew Yusko, and Sam Moffat will demonstrate how the company is leveraging this integrated approach to deliver transformative solutions for state and local governments, turning complex data into actionable insights. Highlights will include:

  • Tennessee's 3D Landscape: 3DEP and 3DHP Updates - We will discuss the status of the 3D Elevation Program (3DEP) and the 3D Hydrography Program (3DHP) in Tennessee, including upcoming lidar data acquisition projects and the critical role this high-resolution data plays in economic development, disaster response, and infrastructure management across the state.

  • Innovations in Appraisal - Discover how Woolpert's CAMACloud®, a comprehensive, cloud-native suite of appraisal tools used by over 11,500 users in 400+ jurisdictions, is revolutionizing property assessment. We will provide a brief overview of the platform and its flagship product, MobileAssessor®, highlighting how it eliminates paper, shortens field cycles, and improves data quality. We will also provide an update on our IMPACT (Integrated Mobile Property Assessment and Collection Technology) framework, detailing the pilot program in Maury County, TN, and our shift to an API-based approach. We will also showcase how AI is being used to enhance valuation accuracy, automate change detection, and bring new levels of fairness and transparency to tax assessment.

  • Smarter Government: AI and Next-Generation Solutions - Explore the future of local government operations:

    • Geospatial Reasoning—the application using generative AI to accelerate geospatial problem solving—is enhancing public sector services.

    • Next-Gen Dispatch & Fleet Routing: Learn how AI and machine learning are optimizing fleet management and dispatch for local governments, improving efficiency and service delivery.

Matthew Yusko is the Public Sector Sales Lead at Woolpert Digital Innovations. A Nashville local and Ole Miss graduate, Matthew’s career is defined by his experience as an Army Officer, Project Manager in Construction, and an IT Manager. Across these diverse industries, he identified technology—and specifically the power of geospatial data—as the common denominator for success. Whether it was managing steel on a job site or overseeing mission-critical IT infrastructure, Matthew saw firsthand how location intelligence drives better decision-making. Today, he leverages that boots-on-the-ground perspective to help public sector organizations modernize through advanced mapping and geospatial solutions.

Sam Moffat is a Geospatial Project Director with expertise that encompasses all aspects of the industry, with specialized knowledge of large-scale state, local government, and federal mapping efforts. He keeps abreast of emerging technologies and the benefits of digital data collection, including aerial imagery and airborne lidar, and has successfully managed five statewide mapping programs.
